SUNON’s carbon reduction is practiced through precise data management rather than just slogans. According to the latest survey, SUNON successfully achieved a carbon reduction rate of 13.4%. Most impressive is the energy-saving contribution of its products: over the past three years, high-efficiency cooling fans and motors developed by SUNON have saved more than 1.1 billion kWh of electricity for global customers. This approach—incorporating sustainability into design from the source—is the key to SUNON‘s long-term position in the Carbon Competitiveness Top 100.

Sustainability Flywheel: From Internal Management to Supply Chain Collaboration

SUNON’s strategy is an “Inside-Out Flywheel Effect” covering three dimensions:

1. Internal Governance and Innovation: In 2024, SUNON officially introduced an “Internal Carbon Pricing” system. Additionally, the company submitted its SBTi commitment letter, aiming to halve carbon emissions by 2030 and reach Net Zero by 2050.

2. Process Optimization and Energy Transition: SUNON actively replaces high-energy-consuming equipment, such as introducing heat pump systems for 24-hour laboratories and purchasing green power for factory operations.
